Absolutely brilliant stop for a hungry traveller! Bargain food that is cooked fresh, sausage sandwich , bacon butty or even a fish finger sandwich!!! It's a shame to see how quickly people forget that the people running this are all volunteers too! Great location, great food, great price; what more can you ask for!

Recently reopened after a long closure. Don't know if they are doing bacon sandwiches but you can get a cheap coffee in a lovely surrounding. While here, check out the glass blowing workshop.

Great place to stop for a bite to eat or drink during a walk/cycle. The station is wonderfully preserved and very atmospheric. Food is a bargain at only £2 for a very tasty bacon roll!

This is a sweet little steam railway. The main station cafe was welcoming & had lovely homemade pasties. This line needs much support to get a well needed spruce up.

Enjoyed a flat white whilst waiting for the steam train to roll in. Served through the window, very pleasant friendly staff. A mouth watering whiff of bacon oozing into the morning air. Just lovely .

Nice little café in one side of shenton railway stations main station building. It shares the building with a glass blowers and glassware shop. The cafe serves tea and different types of coffee, snacks, cakes and has a lunch menu. All relatively inexpensive for a tourist place.
